Design Concept:

A rare underground development that houses a complete lifestyle experience. from gyms and luxury lounges to pools, a mosque, and a dining hall. Each space was designed to stand on its own while maintaining a coherent modern identity. We also overcame significant engineering challenges posed by groundwater, integrating advanced technical solutions from the outset.

To deliver a multifunctional destination that is as safe and durable as it is stylish and comfortable, a place guests can enjoy all day, in every way.
